We are committed to delivering professional services and to treating every client fairly. If you are not satisfied, we encourage you to contact us first so we can understand the issue and work toward a resolution.
Because our services involve dedicated time, labor and third-party costs, refunds are assessed based on the work completed at the time of a request:
Monthly plans are billed in advance. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation will stop future billing. Fees already paid for the current billing period cover services for that period and are non-refundable once that period's work has commenced, except where required by law.
To request a refund, email us at contact@lacolombe.site with your name, the service concerned, the date of purchase and the reason for your request. We may ask for additional information to review your request.
We aim to review refund requests within five (5) business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve it directly. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks that do not comply with this policy.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
