These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website lacolombe.site and any services provided by Lacolombe LLC ("Lacolombe", "we", "us", or "our"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

We offer digital advertising management, e-commerce setup and optimization, web development, SEO, social media management, and marketing automation. We do not offer loans, banking, credit repair, investment advice, money transmission, securities, insurance, or cryptocurrency services. The specific services provided to you are defined in a written scope agreed before work begins.

3. Scope, quotes, and payment

• Prices shown on our website are starting estimates only.
• Final deliverables, timeline, revision limits, payment schedule, and cancellation terms are confirmed in a written agreement before any work starts or any payment is collected.
• Quoted prices exclude third-party platform fees, paid apps, advertising spend, hosting, taxes, and payment processor fees unless stated otherwise in writing.
• Invoices are due according to the schedule set out in your written agreement.

4. Cancellation

Monthly service plans can be cancelled at any time with no lock-in. Cancellation stops future billing; fees already earned for work delivered or in progress are non-refundable except as set out in Section 5.

5. Refunds

If we have not started work on an engagement, any deposit paid is refundable in full. Once work has begun, refunds are assessed against the deliverables completed to date and the terms in your written agreement. We do not offer refunds for third-party costs such as ad spend, platform fees, or hosting that have already been incurred.

6. Client responsibilities

• Provide timely access to the accounts, assets, and information needed to deliver the work.
• Ensure that any materials you supply do not infringe the rights of others.
• Maintain ownership of your advertising, hosting, and platform accounts where the work is performed under your accounts.

7. Results and disclaimers

We deliver our services with professional care, but we do not guarantee specific rankings, revenue, traffic, or advertising results, which depend on factors outside our control including platforms, budgets, and market conditions. Services are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lacolombe LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees you paid us for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

9. Intellectual property

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, deliverables created specifically for you become yours upon full payment. We retain ownership of our own pre-existing tools, templates, and know-how.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
